The 2026 SUNY Optometry C-Step Winter Internship is well on its way and sent a group of students to observe Dr. Arthur Jung’s practice, Metropolitan Vision Downtown.
CSTEP is a NYS–funded program that supports undergraduate and graduate students who meet income eligibility criteria, and are interested in exploring optometry. During the two-week internship, students shadow at the University Eye Center, visit external practices, conduct a group literature review, and engage in professional development activities.
