CE-NY is a collaborative effort of the SUNY College of Optometry and the New York State Optometric Association. SUNYCO and NYSOA are embarking on this new interactive initiative with the support of industry to deliver outstanding continuing education at locations throughout New York State.

Beginning in 2010, five regional CE events will take place annually across New York. These courses are part of the CE-NY sequence called Current Trends in Optometry and will be continuously updated and provided at a different site each year. SUNY is a participating member of the Council of Optometric Practitioner Education (COPE) and the entire CE-NY program is approved. The program has also been approved in Florida.
